Very sleek! I really love all the colour schemes you’ve used and the furniture choice is great – but you can’t really go wrong with IKEA ;)

Looks great Chris and it has been fun watching you transform the place. I can’t wait until my wife and I get in our first home so we can spice it up too.
Love what you guys have done with the place. Looks very modern and comfortable at the same time. Which isn’t always that easy to pull off. And I really like the black wall in the bedroom, gives it a nice contrast.
Congrats on all your hard work and getting everything put together nicely. Now it’s time to sit down, relax, and have a refreshing beverage.
Get the keys to my house this friday so it’s been great seeing how a fellow web designer has decorated.

@Callum, Yeah definitely can’t go wrong with Ikea haha. Might be chipboard underneath but it’s the price that counts!
@Joel The glass desk isn’t too bad at all, not many prints on it. I’ve had it a good few years now. I was considering swapping it, but while the office was being decorated I worked from the dining table, and the sharp corners were terrible. The glass has nice beveled edges.

@Chris, Haha yeah that sucks a little, but it all looks real nice! Can’t always get the solid oak versions ;) I know a chest of drawers in my house cost over a £1k, thank goodness for Ikea :)

My favorite part is the kitchen. You have limited space, but seemed to have opened it up well. It is warm, inviting and has plenty of counter space to prepare your dinners.
Interesting layout, love all the natural light, especially that room that leads to the garden. Enjoy your new home!

Fantastic work here Chris. Been following this series silently but felt I needed to cherp up with the final product. The house is in the style myself and the girlfriend love so massive props to you and Laura with that one.
How does the ensuite bathroom work? Is it up the staircase in the master bedroom? Looks really nice.
I think Ikea is the way forward for Furniture. I have the exact same bed as yours :)
